note: Everyone has been signed up for this otional activity. If you do not want to participate, you must notify us before January 21. We will gladly remove you and will arrange and pay for alternative transport back to Borgo.
We’re introducing a special opportunity on Friday, April 11th, the day we visit Perugia.
In the morning, we’ll all head to Perugia for a guided tour and enjoy some free time for lunch and shopping.
Now, A NEW OPTION YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!
Add on a Tuscan wine tasting and an afternoon “Under the Tuscan Sun!” We are going to visit Cortona, where the novel took place and the movie was filmed.
- After lunch, you’ll depart Perugia for a 30-minute bus ride to a private wine tasting at Leuta.
- After the tasting, you’ll visit Cortona, for an afternoon of exploration before returning to Marmota for dinner.

If you’d like to join the wine tasting and Cortona excursion, the cost is $65 per person to cover tasting fees and additional transportation.
And: a nice ending to this amazing day!: We will travel back to our Borgo arriving at @7pm, where chef will have prepared for us a spectacular 4-course dinner (optional). See trip page/ itinerary for the details!
